Stocks, bonds, IRA distributions, and other assets are a powerful investment in the future of parks, trails, open space, and working lands in Montana.
Invest in Our Future
Gifts of stock, bonds, mutual funds, and IRA distributions benefit Prickly Pear Land Trust’s work. Your gift is exempt from capital gains tax, and you can claim the full amount on your income tax return. Prickly Pear Land Trust can work directly with your broker or advisor to facilitate your gift.
Charitable Gift Annuities
In exchange for a gift of cash, securities, or real estate, Prickly Pear Land Trust can pay you or your beneficiary an annuity. The annuity can be immediate or deferred and can provide substantial income and estate tax benefits.
