Real Estate
A gift of real estate, land, a primary residence, vacation home, or rental property benefits Prickly Pear Land Trust in many ways. Real estate gifts can be lifetime gifts or planned gifts, and donors can be individuals, partnerships, or corporations. When you donate property, 100% of its value benefits Prickly Pear Land Trust while you receive an income tax deduction and avoid estate taxes. Please contact us if you have questions.

CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITIES
In exchange for a gift of cash, securities, or real estate, Prickly Pear Land Trust can pay you or your beneficiary an annuity. The annuity can be immediate or deferred and can provide substantial income and estate tax benefits.
Personal Property
Another way to help Prickly Pear Land Trust is a personal property gift, such as automobiles, equipment, or works of art. These gifts are reviewed for approval by the Board of Directors.
